As Executive Director at Silverfern Senior Living, he oversees daily operations, resident care, team leadership, and strategic growth initiatives. Known for his energetic leadership style and commitment to compassionate care, Donald has a proven track record of transforming communities through operational excellence and relationship-driven management

Patty Davis
Business Office Manager
Patty Davis is the Business Office Manager at Silverfern Senior Living. She holds an associate degree in Healthcare Administration and Business Management and brings over a decade of experience in senior living and healthcare operations. Patty is passionate about supporting residents and families while helping daily business operations run smoothly. She is known for her friendly personality, compassionate approach, and dedication to creating a warm and welcoming community for both residents and staff.

Dylan Burton
Director of Sales and Marketing
Dylan Burton is the Director of Sales and Marketing. Dylan is a healthcare professional with over 10 years of experience dedicated to providing quality care and supporting patient well-being. Originally from Cincinnati, he earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati, which helped shape his overall commitment to excellence in the field. Outside of work, he enjoy spending time with your two dogs, who keep life fun and active!

Life Enrichment Director
With over 20 years of experience in activity programming and resident engagement, Annette DeCamp brings creativity, energy, and compassion to her role as Life Enrichment Director at Silverfern. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that foster connection, creativity, and community through engaging events, social programming, and interactive arts. Annette is dedicated to building an environment where residents can explore new hobbies, share their stories, and thrive in a vibrant social culture.

With over 16 years of experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, and food service management, Kay is a dedicated culinary and operations leader. She is passionate about crafting meaningful dining experiences, leading with compassion, and building strong teams that flourish. Kay known for blending operational excellence with a people-first approach, delivering quality service, fostering positive relationships, and creating environments where both people and performance can thrive.

Steve Carter
Director of Maintenance
Steve Carter serves as the Maintenance Director at Silverfern Senior Living and brings more than 20 years of experience in property maintenance for homes and apartment communities. Based in Clinton County, Ohio, Steve is known for his hardworking nature and dedication to keeping environments safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Outside of work, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, spending time with friends and family, attending comedy clubs and live shows, and making the most of his time with his parents and daughter.
