Apartment Floor Plans

Currently, we are offering discounted rents for new residents and at all times, your rent includes full membership in the Silverfern Club. There are no additional charges for any Club services, including exercise and art classes, except for visits to the Beauty Salon and Spa. All Entertainment and Education programs at Silverfern are also free of any additional charges. Events attendance outside the building are charged to residents at cost. Prices for tickets and transportation if other than a Silverfern vehicle is used are charged to your apartment and appear on your next month’s rent bill. All costs are known to you at the time of sign-up. Two meals a day (breakfast and dinner) in the restaurant are included in your rent. Transportation, if other than in a Silverfern vehicle, is added to your rent bill.
