Executive Director

As Executive Director of Silverfern Senior Living, Gay brings more than 20 years of experience in senior living along with a nursing background from Wilmington College. She is passionate about creating a community where residents feel both cared for and connected, and her open-door leadership style makes families feel welcome from the very first visit. A proud mother and grandmother, Gay understands the importance of family and lasting relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, tennis, golf, and traveling—especially to South Carolina.

Sales & Marketing

As part of the Sales & Marketing team at Silverfern Senior Living, Chloe helps prospective residents discover the lifestyle and comfort of our community. She combines her experience in hospitality and resident engagement with a passion for communication and relationship-building, making each interaction feel both professional and personal. Chloe’s goal is to create a positive, stress-free experience for families while showcasing all Silverfern has to offer.
